Spring Equinox

The word "Easter" derives from Ostara or Eostre, the Anglo-Saxon goddess of Spring.

Passover is scheduled to coincide with the first full moon after the Equinox. Easter is scheduled for the Sunday after the first full moon after the Equinox.
