One-half million years ago, the Planetary Prince arrived on Urantia. His name was Caligastia. The prince lived in a city that was built for him in Mesopotamia. He had one hundred superhuman assistants who worked to uplift the culture of the surrounding tribes of human beings. The prince and his staff brought people to the city to be trained and then sent them back to teach the others in their tribe. This was the first revelation to the people of Urantia.

The city of the prince was named Dalamatia. It was “a very simple but beautiful city, enclosed within a wall forty feet high.” In the center of the city was a temple of the unseen Father, surrounded by twelve chambers of administration.
